Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Cumo Apparel LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. 

We also accept international orders but please email us at info@cumoapparel.com with your location details so that we can give you an estimate for shipping.  We will make every effort to ship your apparel within 3 days of your order.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

 

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Cumo Apparel LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn apparel within 30 days for a product refund or exchange. 

Please send an email to info@cumoapparel.com and let us know that you would like a refund and why.  If you would like an exchange, please also let us know why and which in-stock item you would like to replace it with.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you via email whether it has been approved.  If the item is approved for return, a credit will be issued on to your credit card or via the original method of payment.  If the item is approved for exchange, we will ship it to you at no additional charge.

Sales Tax

Cumo Apparel LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
